      want to start or continue an artistic research process in an experimental and professional research environment, independent  from production constraints at the level of a post-master program or a PhD in the Arts

       
      then
      a.pass (advanced performance and scenography studies) offers you a one-year post-graduate program where you can develop your artistic research proposal 
       
      Post-graduate program : In a context of self-organization, collaboration and participation you will create a personal research trajectory through curated workshops, individual mentoring and interactions with the other researchers and the a.pass curators. The a.pass program is a one-year program consisting of three blocks of four months. The first three months of each block take place within the organized collective research environment. The fourth month of each block is open for the individual development of the research project. At the end of the program, you will present and communicate your research in the form of a public event.

      After being initiated as a platform for the individual research trajectories of the a.pass Associate Researchers, the Research Center is  welcoming a group of advanced researchers for a shared one-year period (next group starting in May 2021).

      The a.pass Research Center is dedicated to supporting advanced research and to collecting and making public methodologies of artistic research developed at a.pass.
       
      PhD (level) within the a.pass Research Center:  a.pass hosts independent researchers or researchers engaged in a PhD in the Arts as a.pass Associated Researchers.

      The book Writing Scores is the result of 3 months of written dialogues produced within the group of artistic researchers of a.pass during the Block I /2014 curated by Lilia Mestre. Questions on art, dreams, politics, violence, research, life, practice, bureaucracy, resistance, etcetera, ... are addressed and later on re-addressed, revisited and assembled into a book with (at least) three faces...
